Surface Inspector is a handheld optical scanner for inspecting corrosion and erosion on infrastructure at sub-millimeter precision. It has a small footprint, is easy to use, and provides accurate and traceable results. The small footprint empowers you to easily inspect difficult to reach surfaces as close as 7 cm away while still providing high precision up to 1 meter away. Live feedback ensures all results are of high quality, analysis is done in the field to reduce revisits, and no external compute or internet access is required. Soon you will be able to mount it on your drone or crawler to provide fully automated scanning. One sensor for both humans and robots!

Currently being field tested by multiple Top-5 energy companies in the US, we are looking for more early adopters as we work to bring this to a wider market. We are also looking for robotic inspection service providers to discuss collaboration and integration.
