surface inspector
Surface Inspector is a hand held vision based tool that can measure and quantify surface defects (e.g. corrosion and erosion) by simply moving it over the surface. Constant feedback is provided to the operator to ensure consistent results independent of the operator and environment, also reduce training time. Processing is done on the device to provide instant results at a high resolution. This is possible due to our internally developed pipeline. After you have documented the results on the device you can upload them at your leisure.
Currently undergoing field testing by multiple Top-5 energy companies, it is transitioning from a demo to a fielded tool. Looking for more early adopters to provide feedback. Please contact us to get latest accuracy numbers.
We are also looking for robotic integrators to collaborate with in the next phase of development where the same hardware becomes part of an autonomous system.
